Questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Plan & usage in the app or the web app. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Basic.
What happens when I move to Basic?
Nothing is deleted. Your leads, events and reminders stay. New leads beyond 500 are kept on your device until you upgrade again, and the monthly limits of Basic apply.
Is there a free trial?
Basic is free, with no time limit, so you can try ZLO before you pay. Paid plans start when you subscribe.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for 10 months and get 12. You can switch between monthly and yearly in Manage subscription.
Can I get a refund?
See the refund policy. In short: if something went wrong with a charge, write to us within 14 days.
What about my data?
Your leads are yours. We never sell them. See the privacy policy, and you can delete your account and all its data from Settings.
