Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Innova8 ("we"), the publisher of ZLO. By creating an account you accept them. If you use ZLO for a company, you accept them for that company.
The service
ZLO lets you capture contacts you meet, add professional details about them, set reminders and export your data, in the iPhone and Android apps and on the web. Features marked "coming soon" are not part of what you pay for until they are released.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in email secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings or as described on the account deletion page.
Your data and the people you add
Your leads belong to you. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to store and contact the people you add, including their consent where the law requires it. Do not use ZLO to send spam or to collect data you are not allowed to hold. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.
Plans and payment
- Basic is free. Premium and Ultra are paid subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe, at the prices shown on the pricing page plus any applicable tax.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in Manage subscription; your plan continues until the end of the paid period.
- If a payment fails we try again, and your paid plan continues for 7 days. After that the account moves to Basic. Moving to Basic never deletes your data; Basic's limits then apply.
- Monthly limits (such as enrichments) reset on the first day of each month and do not carry over.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal.
- Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse ZLO: no attempts to break or overload it, to get around plan limits, to access other people's data, or to resell the professional details it provides. We may suspend accounts that do, after warning you where we reasonably can.
Availability and changes
We work to keep ZLO running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Professional details from data providers may be incomplete or out of date. We may change or remove features; if a change takes away something you paid for, you may cancel and ask for a pro-rated refund.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, ZLO is provided "as is", and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights where you live.
