Delete your ZLO account
ZLO is published by Innova8.
You can delete your ZLO account and everything stored with it at any time.
Delete it in the app
Open ZLO on your phone or in the web app, go to Settings, tap Delete account and type DELETE to confirm. Everything is removed from our servers right away.
No longer have the app, or can't sign in? Ask us instead. You do not need the app installed to do this.
Request deletion by email
Send an email to dev@innova8.com from the address you use to sign in to ZLO, with the subject Delete my ZLO account. We may reply to confirm the request comes from you.
What we delete
- Your account, sign-in details and profile
- Every lead you captured, with notes, tags and consent records
- Business card images
- Events, reminders and enrichment history
How long it takes
Deleting in the app takes effect immediately. For email requests, we delete the data from our systems within 30 days of your request and email you when it is done. We keep nothing afterwards unless a law requires us to, and then only for as long as that law requires.
Data on your phone
Copies saved on your device for offline use are removed when you sign out or uninstall the app. Contacts or files you exported (for example a CSV) stay wherever you saved them.
