The morning plan
Up to 8 actions a day: an email, a call with talking points, a reminder or a deal-stage move. Each one about one lead, with the reason.
Every morning ZLO AI reviews your leads, writes the follow-ups and tells you who to call. When someone replies or opens your deck, the next step is ready in minutes. Approve with a tap, or let it send.
You met 30 people at the expo last week. Here is what happens while you get on with your day.
No setup. It works from the leads, deals and emails already in ZLO, and learns from your results: which emails get replies, the best time to send, and what you prefer to skip.

5minutes from reply to next step
A reply or an opened document becomes a ready next step at the top of your plan.
Replies, overdue follow-ups, opened documents, deals past their date and deals gone quiet come first.
From your own Gmail or Outlook when connected, with your signature and address. Replies come straight back to the plan.
Tell it “Book 5 meetings a week with logistics heads in Qatar” and the plan leans that way. Your progress shows on the plan, and every Monday a short report says what it did and what it got you.
Three settings. Start with the first, and move up when you have seen a week of its emails.
Off
The default. Every email, call and reminder waits for you. Nothing goes out on its own.
On for engaged leads
The safest place to start. These people already showed interest, and a quick reply is what wins them.
On for everyone
The full agent. Morning follow-ups go out by themselves, in your working hours, and you watch the replies come in.
Not at the booth. In the days after, when the cards are in a drawer and the inbox is full. That week is what the agent is for.
A day's plan or a reaction is one ZLO AI request. Ultra and Teams include 2,500 a month, so the agent can work every day.

Every morning it reviews your leads and prepares your day: who to email, call or follow up, with the emails already written and the reason for each. During the day, when a lead replies to your email or opens a document you shared, it adds the next step within minutes. Approve each action with a tap, or let it send emails on its own.
Only if you turn that on. By default nothing goes out without your tap. You can let it email leads who replied or opened your documents, or every lead who agreed to be contacted. Automatic emails wait an hour, go out only between 8:00 and 19:00 your time, at most 5 a day, and you can stop any of them from the plan.
Only leads who agreed to be contacted and have an email address, never anyone who unsubscribed. Emails go out in your name from your Gmail or Outlook when connected, with your business address and an unsubscribe link.
Yes. It learns from your own results: which emails got replies, the time of day and length that work for you, and the kinds of suggestions you usually skip. Every Monday you get a short report of what it did, what it got you and what to try next week.
Ultra and Teams. Each day's plan and each reaction uses one ZLO AI request from the plan's monthly allowance of 2,500.
It reads a reply once to work out the intent, such as interested or not now, and keeps only that and a one-line summary. The reply itself is forwarded to you and not stored by ZLO.
It suggests calls with talking points and opens the call or WhatsApp for you. It does not make calls or send WhatsApp messages on its own.
